The past two weeks have been definitely instrumental in our growth as a new-media publication. We’ve had some great interviews & video casts which has started a series now known as Digital Age Entrepreneurs. So far, we are featuring entrepreneurs on the go, individuals who I have met through conferences or at events. Luckily, I have had some form of technology handy to capture these events.
Top Commenters Tribute:
Thanks to all our commenters over the past weeks. It’s you who allow us to grow. Our goal is to provide you great & intersting news & information on ermeging business as well as a behind the scenes look at rising entrepreneurs.
Thanks for reading, get ready for some great news next week!
We took a look at some interesting Digg Stories:
- Yaro Starak of Entrepreneurs Journey holds a podcast on a couple who makes $250,000 yearly in the E-Book Biz. I love reading!
- Noah Kagan has guest blogger writing about what we should be tracking on our blogs. Very interesting & informative list.
Emerging Business & Stories
- MegaBuzz is hitting the scene with new social opinion site. I’m confident that this site will be a hit in the future.
- Just.TV - You get to watch him sleep, eat, go to the bath room. This is the 2007 version of the Truman Show.
- America’s Next Top Producer - New Reality Show coming out, hosted by the TV Guide Channel. I definitely can’t wait to see this.
- Mike Eisner starts his new venture with Vuguru & is looking for that next crazy PromQueen to be feature on the show.
- News of the week - Mike Arrington gets a new CEO. I’m wondering if she’ll trade in the suit for the blogging pajamas
Tycoons Quest:
Well, I got my portfolio back on track. We were a bit behind on updating on our quest. But we will make up for it this week. I tried out a new strategy, just focusing on specific buy & holds for the week. My ranking is going from 9 - 11 percentiles. I’ve noticed to get into the top 5 percent, you may already have to have at least $2 million on your portfolio. This is a time where strategy is key, as if anyone in those top rankings drop, back down to $1 million, then it’s like starting back from week one. Nevertheless, you can still start at anyweek & become in the top 1%. Therefore, the challenge ain’t over til the fat lady sings.
Digital Age Entrepreneurs
- New story featuring Matt Byrd & his online mattress company - Select Foam. Check out the video.
This weekend we will be focusing on a interviewing for a new feature presentation which will be featured on Tycoons Row. I can’t wait. Many candidates are up for the challenge. So stay tuned for what will be happening next.
