Erotic enthusiasts can get 2GB of free storage and are allowed to upload their own personal erotic photos. The site also provides a social platform where users can view other member’s photos, comment and form social groups. For categorizing and organizing, photos can be tagged, be given certain access levels and/or licensed. Eroshare definitely tries to promote a high level of public display as it only allows for 25% of storage for non-public photos. This company is based in the Netherlands.
TechCrunch reported that this company has not raised funding. However, this user-generated content business model as well as PornoTube’s within the porn industry is now seen as a valuable opportunity for small time investors.
Paul Sloan (writer for Business 2.0) reported on ex-Wall Street hedge fund exec, Francis Koenig, about the lucrative opportunities that can be made with investors in the porn industry. Francis Koenig started AdultVest, based in Los Angeles, which is branded as the “World’s First and Only Investment Community Designed Specifically for the Adult Industry.” Koenig is creating two funds: 1.) a $100 million fund (minimum investment of $1 million) and 2.) an $10 million fund (minimum investment of $100,000). The company is getting 15 sign-ups for investment daily and they include website-porn subscription businesses, strip clubs and escort services. We will report more on AdultVest later.
Overall, “SEX” will always sell. Whether it be in the porn industry, modeling industry or even beauty pageants, “SEX” will always sell and will sell extremely well if a niche market is defined.

I believe this is no happenstance phenomenon.GM and many other large firms have been investing in distribution of content at major hotel chains.And many folks have gone into adult content branding like rapper Snoop Dogg and Damon Dash and Too Short produce adult films. Sex content for mobile media and videogaming purport event bigger numbers to come(LOL)!
Patelli, I agree. Snoop has gone into the Girls Gone Wild Franchise, which is one of the strongest adult-entertainment companies out there. And you are absolutely right, content for mobile media will be incredible. Why? Because people who seek that type of media content, on a mobile platform will be more private versus, logging into a subscription based website or even watching from YouTube. Also, right now the adult film industry is getting a hard time (especially due to Disney Corp) from developing and distributing videos in HD & Blue Ray DVD’s. I expect the future will be towards the Adult Film industry on mobile as well as towards High-Definition DVD’s.
